Yellowdig Success Team

Client Success Team

Combined our team has over 100 years of educational experience! Our team is here to work with designers and instructors to share Yellowdig design practices and successful community-management strategies. Bob Ertischek is the Director of Client Success at Yellowdig. Prior to coming to Yellowdig, Bob founded and led Profology, a professional development community for higher education instructors. He also taught political science classes and worked as an instructional technologist/faculty developer. Debra Olberding, our Senior Success Manager, completed her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She was an instructor in the Masters of Art of Education Program and an Educational Technologist. The rest of our team has varied experiences in teaching or instructional design. Truly, our Success team understands education and your roles and challenges in ways that we expect to allow us to stand out among technology companies. We want to be your educational partners, not just another tech tool. Please use our experience and help as needed!
